🌿 Exciting News for Ōhope Sea Sauna 🌿

After an incredible journey, I’m excited to share that as of Monday, Rachel will be taking over as the new owner of Ōhope Sea Sauna.

The good news is that everything you know and love about Ōhope Sea Sauna will remain the same, the same relaxing sauna sessions, cold plunge, wellness experience, and stunning locations.

Rachel is passionate about health and wellbeing, and I know she is going to do an amazing job carrying this on.

I’ll still be around during the transition and will probably join in on the saunas 🧖🏽‍♀️

To celebrate, we’d love for you to come along to a Meet & Greet this Sunday from 3:00 PM to 5:00PM.

Here’s our sessions for the week at Ōhope Sea Sauna

Come down and enjoy a wood-fired sauna with ocean views, followed by a cold plunge to reset the body and mind. It’s a great way to unwind, recover, or just try something a bit different locally.

Each session includes extras like cold flannels, essential oils, face oils and gua sha tools to really elevate the experience.

We’ve got a mix of Ōhope sunrise, evening, and Ōpōtiki sessions running this week, plus our flow & fire yoga session on Wednesday morning.

Public sessions are $20 per person (up to 7 per session)

We’re also more than happy to do private bookings for groups, sports teams, or special occasions and can work around times that suit you.
