Kia Ora community!

After a time of uncertainty and alone practices, we’ve got some news coming soon for yoga NoMar! So watch this space to be sure to not miss anything.

In the meantime, we’re excited to be teaching separately at Koukoulee this month.
Join Noémie every Tuesday morning at 9am for a Strong & Gentle Flow and Marie Wednesday’s mornings at 9am for a Lunar cycle based flow! You can book your class via the Koukoulee website.

Can’t wait to see you all on our mats soon.

As one of us is enjoying some well deserved holidays, there will be only one class this Tuesday 17th of August at Hekerua Lodge Boutique Backpackers Waiheke Island New Zealand.
Jump out or fall out of bed to join me for a 70 minutes morning flow at 9am, gently building an energizing sequence for a great start of the day.

Tomorrow is yoga day at Hekerua Lodge Boutique Backpackers Waiheke Island New Zealand! And we’re preparing you a magical flow in order to start this new Moon cycle with a clean slate, preparing ourselves a fresh ground to welcome the new. 🌚
Come move with us and take a moment for yourself, bring you back into your body and back to your heart (specially during this still-crazy-busy Waiheke winter).
Really excited to share this New Moon flow with you, so bring your mat and join us either at 9am if your an early bird or 5pm for the slow riser.

Our next weekly classes are coming soon, Tuesday 27th, morning one at 9am and the evening one at 5pm.
And because yesterday was the Full Moon, brightest and most intense phase of the Lunar Cycle, we will move differently, introducing moon salutations to our flow. 🌝
Come move with us, always with a playful but challenging way.
So take your mat on one shoulder, and maybe your blanket, or a friend on the other and see you at Hekerua Lodge Boutique Backpackers Waiheke Island New Zealand’s studio. 🙏🏼

The sun offering us a warm morning light through the windows, the Tui’s sounds all around the studio, your energies, nothing could have made this morning flow more special! 🙏🏼
Thank you for the ones who joined yesterday and moved with us, a strong and playful flow in the morning and a more gentle one in the evening made a perfect balance for this day!

Yoga NoMar is born from the fusion of the same passion for yoga of two friends from across the world.
After completing a common 200 Yoga Teacher Training in Taupo, the two French girls combined the best of their practices to offer you a gentle but strong Hatha-Vinyasa yoga, made of creative and playful sequences.
Two personalities, two pair of hands and two pair of eyes, that means extra care and extra attention for you. ✨
And all of this in the beautiful island that is Waiheke. 🌿
