It's often mistakenly believed that when muscle pain is confined to a particular area, the underlying issue must also be located there.

Following an injury, the affected area typically exhibits pain, inflammation, and loss of function; however, once the acute and subacute phases have passed, the body adapts to compensate for the resulting dysfunction or weakness.

These compensation patterns will manifest challenges elsewhere in the body over time if one does not engage in regular corrective massage or exercises.

Often, it is not until tight musculature and connective tissue are released that one realises the degree to which their body has become imbalanced.

● Tuesday the 26th of May at 9am for 1 hour, and 10:15am for either 60-minutes or 90-minutes.

The last appointment for the day starts from between 5pm and 5:30pm and can be either a 60-minute or 90-minute appointment.
This is to accommodate clients who are unable to attend an appointment within standard working hours.
Please contact me by phone if you wish to book the last spot. Advanced booking is recommended.

If you are seeking an appointment on a different day as you cannot attend an appointment on my standard working days, please just get in touch.
