Help me decide what to wear to Bali Spirit Festival!

After the whirlwind of the last few weeks and running Morph Festival back home in NZ, it’ll be so fun to go to a festy as just a normal punter.

All the fun - no one of the responsibilities 🤣

Got to wear natural fabrics for this Bali heat and be suitable for jumping on the back of Grab scooters 🛵

So when .landing and I went to the new store in Ubud you know we played dress ups styling different combos.

The staff are so sweet and were helping us with finding the right sizes. I love options with styles and colourways.

I popped into the new store in Ubud since I know their clothes suit the Bali heat and conditions with natural fabrics and are so comfy for dancing in.

I love how easily I can wear these when I’m facilitating breathwork when I get back to New Zealand too.

It’s so fun getting to go to BSF as just a normal attendee after just a few weeks ago being one of the core crew at Morph Festival back home. No need to have the rt radio on me this week 😅🫠

The dreamiest bodywork - I’m super discerning with who I trust to see for bodywork.

Trusting someone to work on your energetic and physical body is no small thing.

So when I was in Taranaki and I had the opportunity and time to see Jade for a lymphatic drainage I checked out her socials and website and felt she was one of the real ones.

I do a lot of space holding for others and it’s important for me to receive to and look after my vessel.

And wow Jade is next level!

The two hours melted away tension held in my body, face and fascia and I floated out.

The combo of all of Jades experience around the world creates a sublime treatment in her studio in beautiful Taranaki.

What a dream to facilitate breathwork under the moon on the Lunar stage at the very first

I have so much to say about what just happened in the weekend and how proud I am of the whole team - for now it’s time for rest and integration.

Above the clouds ✈️

Not long now until .landing .shiota.photo and I board our flight to Bali to hold .retreat !

One night I sent Lunar a message saying something along the lines of “wanna hold a retreat in Bali with me?” and now here we are just weeks away from it.

There’s something special in going on a retreat.
