Yesterday, Angela (Sales & Marketing Manager) was able to drop off some sweet treats to our local emergency services, Counties Manukau - Fire and Emergency NZ, Counties Manukau Police and Hato Hone St John Manukau. ❤️💙💚

Christmas spirit is about giving, so this Monday, Angela Pullar (Sales and Marketing Manager) delivered eight boxes of non-perishable food items, collected from staff and residents' families across all four facilities, to All Saints Anglican Church, Howick Foodbank.

Ambridge Rose is honoured to support their mission of helping local families in need, and it's a privilege to contribute to such a vital service. Last week, staff and residents at The Manor and The Beach House were treated to beautiful Christmas carols sung by The Brownies (Girl Guiding New Zealand) Pakuranga and Bucklands Beach 💕

Their joyful voices filled our homes with festive cheer and brought so much happiness to our residents 🎄

What a beautiful summers day we had on Saturday for our fourth and final family BBQ, as we welcomed families of our residents at The Manor ☀️

Meet Manish, Head Chef here at Ambridge Rose!

Manish and his team are responsible for the delicious, nostalgic and nutritious meals served to residents across our facilities each and every day.

Manish has been a part of the Ambridge Rose family for approximately 11 years, and loves the environment, where everyone is treated like family.

“Health Care has changed so much over the last ten years in regard to how we see Rest Home and Hospital meals. We bring high quality meals to our residents but keep the home-cooked feel to it. Every day my team and I strive to perfect everyday meals for our residents to enjoy.”

Manish is proud of his team’s ability to accommodate a range of dietary requirements to meet individual needs.

Earlier this week, residents at The Beach House were pleased to receive a visit from Claire from Youth Project NZ to gift them handmade flowers and cards, thoughtfully designed and made by Year 6 students at Bucklands Beach Primary School. 🏫

Our residents were absolutely delighted to receive them, and it brought much joy to their day! Thank you to the Year 6 students for their beautiful creations and their wonderful kindness. 🤗🌼
