I’m Sarah, a mum of four, a wife, and the founder of SELF Wellness.
My own journey of healing led me to create a space for others to transform through self-love, inner strength, and holistic wellness.
As someone who’s navigated various stages of life, from motherhood to personal growth, I understand the challenges we all face. Whether you’re an athlete, recovering from injury, or simply seeking balance in life, I’m passionate about empowering you to break free from limiting beliefs and unlock your true potential.
At SELF Wellness, I focus on more than just physical fitness. I believe in creating balance across the body, mind, emotions, and spirit. You can come and be just as you are—no expectations, no judgment—only a commitment to your growth. When you train with me, you’ll not only build strength and resilience but also gain the confidence to live authentically, no matter what stage of life you’re in.

I’m offering in-studio 1:1 sessions, though availability is very limited, as well as online 1:1 coaching with an add on of working out solo in the SELF studio (evenings only).
