This picture almost sums up where I’ve been the past 12 months & I know I still have a long way to go.

Sitting back, being the observer, and keeping very very much to myself.

It’s incredible what mindset shifts, changes - expected and unexpected - can do to change your world.

In the space of a year =
🦋Friendships have ended
🦋New career ventures have begun
🦋Head injury was had
🦋A new city is called home

When I reflect on where I was this time last year, I cannot believe how much of a different person I am now.

A couple of the biggest lessons:
⭐️Health truely is Wealth
⭐️Chase your dreams, you seriously never know what might be around the corner

It’s been scary, overwhelming, super lonely and absolutely chaotic all at once but at the same time I see so many learnings in it all there is no way I would have grown to be who I am now without it all.

As I say, I’m still in it, it’s tough right now, but I’ll truck on.

Keep shining out there ✨ and don’t forget to please be so truely grateful ♥️

👯‍♀️I went along to my first class the other evening in the Mount. Was a neat experience.
After the meditation grounding us to the earth and root chakra focused guided dance, we drew some mandala art. Here’s what came to me - my vibes are that it seems very connect with nature and the elements 🔥💦🌿

What do you see?

Ensuring we ground ourselves often is highly important

We can get so caught up in day to day life that coming back to our core and centre - connecting with Mother Earth - can get lost.

Explored a bit of my new backyard today - places I’ve been many times but so nice to be able to finally call this home 😍 spot Oscar the seal who lives around the base of the Mount

I recently purchased the Optimum 600M Cold Press Juicer by and am LOVING it!! Worth the investment. 🍎🍊🥕 This juice here is the first one in their recipe book — although I only used 3 carrots, not 8 and it still seemed to make plenty!
This has been a great alternative for my son & I as I stopped buying juice from the supermarket awhile ago due to all the nasties & sugars. This is a much Healthier treat. All the fruit & veges I use are organic as well — bought from 🌱🫶🏼

Highly recommend!!

Wow. What a journey these past few months have been.
🌞 I’ve been on a concussion recovery journey after suffering a head injury in November 2024. For anyone who has had, or knows someone who has had a concussion, knows that it is all very unknown. The brain is complex and everyone’s situation is very different.

For me to post this shows I believe I am finally beginning to recover, and hopefully not go backwards. It has been a 2 steps forward, 1 step back type of journey, but I see the light in it all.

One day soon I will share more as I feel as though I’m not out of the woods yet 🫶🏼 for now, I share a beautiful picture of castlepoint and my beautiful parents who would really do anything for me - so so very grateful for them!!

I hope your still doing incredible things with your life and I hope to bring Align & Be Free back into this world in other ways one day soon ♥️

Nayda is passionate about sharing the benefits of meditation to anyone and everyone. Whether you are brand new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, come along to a session and experience it for yourself.

🧘🏼Our meditation evenings offer more than just meditation. While you’ll spend around 30 minutes relaxing on your mat, listening to a guided meditation and the soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, part of the evening is also dedicated to sipping on a warm drink, setting some intentions and detoxifying our body through minor breath work. Be guided with some journaling prompts to dig deep on your inner thoughts and find some new inspiration. ✨

Our sessions mainly focus on releasing the worries of the past month and setting new intentions, aligning with the energy of the moon or spiritual events, however do check each event as they can vary.

☕️Chamomile or peppermint tea, spiced Ayurvedic Milk, or ceremonial cacao will also be provided (check events for specifics)

Events are held (firmly fit side) in Feilding, Manawatu, NZ
