Do you prioritize time to let yourself heal...or do you prioritize everyone else's healing before yours? 🤔



As a mum, wife, sister, friend and coach... I struggled for years to put my needs before others.

For so long I felt guilty when I couldn't give my everything to everyone, when I couldn't be there for everyone all the time, and when I didn't have the strength to hold everyone else up...

Until I realised that I couldn't do these things for those I loved 100% of the time because I wouldn't do this for myself 1% of the time.

Sound familiar?



And so I began my journey of learning how important it is to gift myself time, space, love, joy, & fun because (1) I also deserve this, as do the ones I love and (2) To be there for those I love in the way I want to, I have to be there for me first, so that I have the energy to show up for them in the best way possible, and so that I can show up for the others from a place of being healed rather from a place of pain, trauma, conditioning, bitterness, or anger.

If we want to heal and stop generational trauma, generational patterns, and generational pain.... we have to heal it in ourselves first.



When we gift ourselves the space to heal, we gift others this too.

When we step up for ourselves and prioritise our healing journey, we also then gift ourselves the opportunity of coming out of that healing with so much wisdom, knowledge, light energy that we then consciously and unconsciously gift the same to everyone around us.



Energy really does flow out in waves.



💫If you want to see your loved ones healed, heal yourself FIRST.

💫If you want to see your children free, free yourself FIRST.

💫If you want to have a higher capacity for your clients, in whatever form, give yourself the space to grow, learn, and heal FIRST.



❤Change always begins with us.



Self-care starts with walks, time out, and putting a smile on our own faces... but it does not end there.



So I challenge you...

What parts of your life/journey are you being called to look at deeper... Are you willing to take the time, strength, self-love, and courage to shine a light on these shadows?

Hi Everyone!
Just a little bit about me for those who are new to this space.

❤My name is Johanna and I have been working with Spirit my whole life and with clients for the past four years, both throughout New Zealand and internationally.

Most of my work has centered around acting as a bridge connecting clients to their Spirit teams, loved ones, and ancestors and then supporting communication and healing to happen as needed.
This has been through the form of Psychic Mediumship, Akashic Records Readings, Training (in both of these aspects), Energetic healing, Energy clearing, and 1:1 & Group Coaching.

Outside of this beautiful work, I am also a wife to Daniel, Mum to two beautiful boys (10 yo and 12 yo), and a foster Mum to many other children whose journeys have connected with ours over the past 3 years.

We live on a mini farm near the beach and have lots of animals that are all forever pets 🤣❤

✨My happy place is spending time with my kids, walking on the beach, playing in my garden, and spending time with nature.



Alongside (and integrated) into my work with Spirit, trauma release, healing, empowerment, and conscious creation are all aspects of life that I am deeply passionate about.

✨I have consciously walked this path of healing myself for many years. Along this journey, I have gained immense knowledge, with the support of my Spirit Guides, and have claimed my freedom back each step of the way by using this knowledge to fully release what I have no longer chosen to carry.

👉Healing fully means releasing the shadows on all levels of who we are - spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically.

❤Healing fully means releasing the ancestral baggage, energetic cords, repeating pattens, and negative cycles that we have chosen to experience as a way of learning.

❤Healing fully means allowing ourselves to feel our emotions... the emotions of now, the emotions of yesterday, the emotions of our trauma, and the emotions of lives passed.

❤Healing fully means allowing ourselves to see a different perspective of our journey...The perspective of our soul and our purpose in this life.

❤Healing fully means allowing our physical bodies to release what we would not let it feel or release in the moments of our lives when we have been hurt.

Allowing ourselves to feel, cry, scream, sob, shake, fight back, laugh, to stand up for ourselves... allows our bodies to finally let go and breathe again.

Release allows our bodies to come back to a state of non-panic, non-fear, non-pain.

Release allows our bodies to come back to the present and so then operate out of a state of balance, confidence, and self awareness.



✨I am no longer the timid, scared, and broken person that I felt so long ago.

✨I now stand in a place of knowing who I am and why I am here.... And so can you.

This feeling is one of the most powerful and beautiful ways of being and is something that is available to all of us.

❤Not only is it available to us but it is our true state of being.


We are not what has happened to us, we are not the pain we carry, we are not walls we’ve put up to protect ourselves.

We are us...



And so, for those who are willing to peel away and release the layers of shadow....You will find you.

The bright, beautiful, courageous, perfect, and whole YOU.
