Situated in the heart of Palmerston North, the EASIE Living Retail Store and Demonstration Centre is a one-stop-shop for disabled people, older people and those caring for them to access information, advice and products that promote and enable independent living. Our retail store sells a wide range of mobility and independent living products, from mobility scooters to rollators, shower stools to incontinence products. We’re open six days a week and have fully accessible, free onsite customer parking. Come in and see, touch and try out products and equipment to see what’s right for you and your home. EASIE Living is also one of 24 Disability Information Centres (DICs) across New Zealand, meaning our friendly and knowledgeable staff can help guide and advise visitors to find the information and support they’re after. As well as our fully functional demonstration home, regular product demonstrations and accessible meeting and conference facilities, we also have a mobile van service which provides demonstrations and retail opportunities to community groups across our region.

Our Story

Visit our EASIE Living Retail Store and demonstration home at 585 Main St, Palmerston North (opposite Honda Cars). We stock hundreds of innovative products designed to help you live a more independent life. From mobility scooters to jar openers, we’re Palmy’s one-stop-shop for mobility and independent living products. We are open 5 days a week, Monday-Friday and have free, accessible on-site parking.

We also have a fully fitted out demonstration home featuring a kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and a living room equipped with the latest in assistive technologies and products to enable you to move around and enjoy your home with ease. Test, touch and try out a whole range of products from adjustable kitchen units to hoists and handrails - discover how your home could incorporate them to increase independence and safety now and in the future.

And if you are looking for somewhere to host a meeting or event then we have a modern and stylish conference room available for hire at very competitive prices.
