Journaling hasn't really been something that I do regularly📖

I have been a member of many spiritual based workshops that always encouraged journaling.

I start well and do it for a while then slowly I stop. I guess I allow life to get in the way 🤔

So today I have started again with a motivated focussed goal to continue to write something daily.
