From steaming dumplings and fresh kai moana to bubble tea, toffee apples, and brilliant local stalls featuring board games, jewellery and skincare – there’s something for everyone.

Enjoy an awesome line‑up of music and dance performances throughout the day.
Bring your whānau and friends and arrive from 10am so you don’t miss a thing!
Then pop next door to the Allan Brewster Leisure Centre for the FREE and fun Tū Māori Mai event.

Our first Hapuutana Patch Baby!! Congratulations to the new parents, we’ve loved being part of this journey! 💚

Hapuutana is on every Wednesday from 10am - 4pm
A safe, supportive learning space grounded in mātaurana.
Whānau will leave with practical knowledge that reconnects ancestral practices and builds confidence in caring for māmā.

Starting next Wednesday, we are opening a Hapuutana space at in Papatoetoe. With and his Tauira.

This kaupapa is for haapuu mama and their partners, at all stages of the pregnancy journey. We share mātauranga and awhi mama through koomiri, while supporting partners to reconnect with how to provide care, presence, and practical support in meaningful ways.

This is a gentle, welcoming space where you are encouraged to come as you are. You are welcome to walk in at any time between 10am and 4pm and stay for as long, or as little, as you need.

The kaupapa is free. Koha is welcomed to tautoko the space and the mahi, but it is not compulsory the mahi is.
