We work in person in Kapiti / Wellington Region in NZ (and other NZ regions by request) - online.
1. HEALING: I offer individual sessions of Reiki, combined with Sound Healing, for balance, alignment and healing. Reiki works powerfully to strengthen the natural healing process of the body-mind-spirit and is effective for many different conditions; sound works as a vibrational healer, and creates a deeply relaxing experience. I take full note of your individual needs and preferences, and these are respected in the session. Have a look at some of the reviews and testimonials on this page and on my website. I have over twenty-five years healing experience (originally trained with the NFSH UK), and am a fully certified Reiki Master teacher and member of REIKI NZ. I have facilitated many successful healings for both people and animals, working with various physical, emotional, psychological, energetic and spiritual concerns. I offer HeartSong Healing at the Lotus Yoga Centre in Paraparaumu NZ or by special arrangement at your home. I also work online or in distant sessions - which can be very much as powerful and effective as in person sessions.
2. TRAINING: I offer group training in Usui Reiki and attunements for all levels of the modality. Each level course is held over two separate days, 2 or 3 weeks apart, which allows the participant to experience the healing integration of the attunement transmission held within the group and with my support. All courses come with a manual and certificate.
3. GROUPS: I offer regular group events of energy and sound healing for a joyful well-being experience. These include the popular monthly Yin Yoga and Sound Healing workshops and the Song and Sound Ceremonies approximately every six weeks. For the Yin Yoga and Sound Healing I work alongside Kim Rangimarie Tasker of Ha Pai Wellness and the sessions are open to everyone. There is no pre-requisite of previous experience and full support and instruction is given. Song and Sound Ceremony workshops are supported spaces in which to explore Sounding, Chanting, Singing and Meditation, in the context of Life Ritual around Moon cycles, the energy of Nature, Celtic festivals (my background), and other important spiritual events and focuses from various traditions. These workshops are spaces of Healing and Transformation, taking participants beyond their sense of themselves and their abilities, and putting them in touch with a sound that is bigger and more powerful. The sound rises out of, and returns to, a deeper sense of silence. We explore joyful, uplifting sound healing, voicework and songs and peaceful chants with an awareness of, connection to, Source and our Selves.
4.VOICE EMPOWERMENT COACHING: I offer one-to-one Voice and Life Empowerment Coaching in Singing, Sounding, Chakra and Energy Work and Meditation, which can transform your relationship to your voice and help you access your authentic voice and expression. this can impact all areas of your life, work and experience. This coaching can take place in person or online. I have been working deeply with the voice for 26 years, after discovering the enormous power it holds for well-being in my own life. I have seen many extraordinary transformations in my clients with this work. Please feedback and testimonials such as -

5. INTUITIVE SONG CO-CREATION involves a guided meditation process of tuning into your highest self, your soul and your spirit team, to explore life themes and questions. Over an agreed time I will develop this, channelling an empowering, positive accapella Soul song for you, specially formed to be meaningful and healing for you on your journey. Your personal power song / healing chant for the purposes requested. This is developed and recorded through discussion with you. You will receive a MP3 recording of this song and a transcript PDF pf the lyrics.
6. I am also an award-winning poet and writer with self-published books and ebooks, and publication in magazines and anthologies. These have been well-received by readers, a number of whom have found them to be inspirational and helpful on their own well-being and spiritual journey. Who would have thought that a four day retreat could lead to a completely new sense of clarity about the way forward in a complex life situation?
The 13 women who joined with me at Strathean Retreat Centre on the Kapiti Coast of New Zealand this last weekend all came with their own individual needs and goals.
Many of the women generously shared their stories in a powerful opening circle ceremony on the first afternoon that we gathered together.
In the four days of the VOCAL REBIRTH RETREAT we dived deep into voicework, song and sound as a vehicle for balancing the energy system, as a tool for liberation and manifestation and as a way to invite new clarity and purpose into our lives.
These are powerful practices and exercises that I have been working with for 27 years after they helped me to recover from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in the 1990s.
At the Retreat this last weekend, the results were extraordinary and tangible. You could see the light in people's eyes, the knowing in their hearts, their glowing faces.
Most of the individual women spoke of significant shifts and changes they experienced through the work we shared together, and one woman had a newly inspired confidence, self esteem and sense of direction for an extremely complex personal life situation.
All the participants are involved now in a transition and integration process in their lives at home, or on their travels, still carrying the glow and love that we shared together in our sacred four day experience.

14 women gathered together to explore and experience a deep connection with their voice and energy system. To experience healing, uplifting and awakening.
Some of the benefits that women have described from the VOCAL REBIRTH RETREAT are a greater clarity, a deep knowingness about the sense of purpose, a new recognition of self-worth and self-love, deep sense of sisterhood and connection with other women, a new sense of the power of the voice and energy. HeartSong is a monthly or bi-monthly Meditation, Chanting and Singing group, linked with Moon cycles, the energy of Nature, and the Celtic festivals. The group is a space of Healing and Transformation for people, taking the participants beyond their sense of themselves and their abilities, and putting them in touch with voice and a sound that is bigger and more powerful. The sound rises out of, and returns to, a deeper sense of silence. Everyone is welcome, you don't need to be a particularly strong singer. HeartSong is also an earth healing group as we focus healing energy for the Earth in our sessions, and weconnect with other groups globally who are doing similar work. Heartsong is formed of a community of like minded, open and friendly souls, who are always welcoming to new people.

I am also a trained Usui Reiki Practitioner, with over twenty years Healing Experience (originally trained with the NFSH). I have supported many people's healing journeys. I can offer HeartSong Healings both locally in Lancaster and as Distant Healing, for those further afield. This costs £30-£60 ($60-$120 NZD), depending on type and length of session
