People often say they come to us for inspiration, but truthfully, so many of you inspire us too. Mallory is one of those people. She’s been coming in for her weekly chiropractic adjustments for years because they help her perform in Powerlifting and speed up her recovery.
Just last month, she lifted a 70kg tube overhead and deadlifted an incredible 225kg! 💪 And this weekend, she’s off to Costa Rica, supporting one of her junior athletes, Geordina, as she defends her Sub Junior World Powerlifting Championship title.
We’re so proud of you both, and we’ll be cheering you on from here. Go smash it!

Our team had a delicious 6 course potluck degustation evening at lustrekitchenanddining in Paraparaumu beach.
Every course was indulgent and divine, and the setting was perfect, we all highly recommend!

Walking backwards is so simple but has a multitude of proven benefits:
• It engages different muscles.
• It stimulates your brain.
• It enhances proprioception.
• It’s great for your low back and knees.
• It improves balance and posture.
This is a nice one to do with kids. It might feel silly at first, but you’ll have fun in the end!
(While you’re at it, why not take a few steps sideways to get even more variation).

Although you will likely feel a difference after one chiropractic adjustment, your body can fall back into old patterns or get triggered by physical, emotional or chemical stressors. Regular adjustments build adaptability as your body learns to relax back into its natural state. Think of chiropractic care as an exercise routine, doing it regularly will achieve the best and longest-lasting results.
