🎄 Wishing you a beautiful Christmas season from the ChiroBalance team 🎄

We recently shared a gorgeous team lunch at The Jetty in Plimmerton, with Melanie and baby Torben joining us too. A lovely moment to pause, connect, and reflect on the year that’s been.

Christmas often comes with plenty of things we have to do… but it’s just as important to make space for the things we want to do. We hope you create a few of those special “want to” moments over the coming weeks 💛

We have our last day tomorrow and will be back on January 5th.

Thank you for trusting us to care for the spines and wellbeing of you and your family this year, it truly is a privilege.

Little Mr R is 10 months old already! He’s been coming in for gentle tune-ups since he was 3 weeks old to support his movement, development and growing brain.

This morning he confidently cruised around the table while Mum had her adjustment, he was so proud of himself and full of curiosity.

It’s such a privilege to watch little ones thrive and reach their milestones with ease.

Meet Paula.
She’s been part of our Chiropractic Balance whānau since the early days, having regular adjustments since 2014. When we first met, she was doing gentle resistance workouts at Curves, now 11 years later she’s regularly achieving PBs at CrossFit!

Paula’s one of those people who never gives up. Whatever the challenge, she finds a way to adapt, learn, and keep growing, in her fitness, nourishment, and wellbeing.

This week we said goodbye as Paula and Wayne head off to live their dream life up north.
We’ll miss you both, thank you for being authentic, persistent and always striving towards a life that lights you up. 💫

Meet Alan.

At 80+ years young, he’s packed a lifetime of achievements and he’s still going strong. Even in “retirement,” Alan serves on multiple boards, is a regular at the gym and recently flew to Australia for the Xero conference to keep his mind sharp.

He’s been under regular chiropractic care with us for years. When I asked him why, his answer was simple:
“It gives me the confidence to keep doing the things I love and living my best life.”

People often say they come to us for inspiration, but truthfully, so many of you inspire us too. Mallory is one of those people. She’s been coming in for her weekly chiropractic adjustments for years because they help her perform in Powerlifting and speed up her recovery.
Just last month, she lifted a 70kg tube overhead and deadlifted an incredible 225kg! 💪 And this weekend, she’s off to Costa Rica, supporting one of her junior athletes, Geordina, as she defends her Sub Junior World Powerlifting Championship title.
We’re so proud of you both, and we’ll be cheering you on from here. Go smash it!
