It's with much sadness that we have made the decision to postpone the upcoming Tairua Trail and Tides event due to Covid level restrictions.
We stayed optimistic for as long as we could, but there is too much uncertainty and risk to feasibly and responsibly proceed with the 6th November event. Thank you to everyone who has supported and entered the event this year, and we encourage you to keep both your spirits and your fitness up! Put our new date in your diaries and keep training. We can't wait to welcome you back to Tairua on Saturday 23rd April.

Trail Tigers 🐯

This Saturday we are running the Pauanui Trail. Please meet at fire station 8:15am. Gold coin donation for Fire Van. Children 8+ can come without a parent but if your child is younger we recommend you come along to! Please pack snacks, drink bottle, have your child in appropriate footwear and weather depending slap on some sunscreen! ☀️🤞🏾

Please message me if your child is interested so we have an idea on numbers! 🙌🏽

1. Squat w shoulder press
2. Push ups w a twist
3. 5 x burpees 5 x squat jumps
4. 5 x bicep curl 5 x flies
5. Alternating donkey kicks

Ab inserts - 20 x sit ups, 20 x bicycles, 20 x Vsits, 20 x flutter kicks, 20 x boat pose taps!

Here is today’s workout!

3x 9 minutes
BODY WEIGHT AMRAPS

1.
- 10 x Air Squats (or Jump😉)
- 5x Burpees (CTG or Half)
- 10x SA sit ups
- 5x (Inch worm walk out / 2x push ups / 6x plank shoulder taps)
- 10x Donkey kicks - Up / out / Hydrants … each side
- 20x vsits

2.
- 10x curtsy lunges with squat
- 10x tricep dips or push ups
- 10x double crunch
- 10 x side lying lifts…each side
- 10x clam thrusters
- 10x thrusters
- 10x leg drop

3.
- 20x mountain climbers
- 10x reverse crunches
- 10x pop squats
- 1 min plank (or more if you are doing the challenge😉)
- 5x burpees ❤️ (just because)
- 10x reverse lunges with knee lift … each side (or 20x jump lunges)
- 10x Sit up with a double sided twist

🌸20 sit-ups (shoulders over hips) & 1 minute Thruster hold or wall sit ‘inbetween’ every AMRAP

Approximately 35 minutes 😎 ENJOY ❤️
