We’ve added fresh times to the schedule so you can drop in, connect, and share the heat together:

📅 Every Saturday at 5:00pm
📅 Wednesdays at 9:30am & 3:30pm

These sessions are about conversation and community, unlike our silent sauna rounds. Come solo, bring a friend, or make it a regular weekly ritual.

We’d also love your input — if there are times or session styles you’d like to see added, let us know. This is your space as much as ours.

Our Social Sauna sessions are all about community, connection, and shared warmth. Unlike our silent sauna sessions, these gatherings are a space where talking is welcome. Share stories, laughter, and conversation as you move between the cedar sauna and cold plunge at your own pace.

These sessions are unguided — no structured facilitation, just the natural rhythm of heat, cold, and rest in good company.

What to Expect:
• Access to the sauna and cold plunge
• A relaxed, social atmosphere where conversation is encouraged
