Classes and courses are currently online and locally at Laingholm, New Market and Parau Auckland. Yoga is more than being strong and flexible, Yoga is about being in your body with a calm mind. Oh FB, i do neglect you! Those who want to know what Im doing please follow my Instagram account of the same name.

💛 This week, I’m starting a little experiment: waking up at 5am every day to see what shifts in my life when I show up before the world gets noisy.
