I care about wellbeing because I have had seasons in my life where I really needed it.
I have been through assault, job loss, separation, divorce, fertility challenges, miscarriage, grief, and the fear of seeing someone I love in crisis. And I do not say that for sympathy. I say it because those experiences changed the way I see wellbeing.
For me, wellbeing is not about green smoothies, perfect routines, or pretending to be happy all the time. It is about having tools that help you stay upright when life gets heavy.
It is about knowing how to regulate your stress, how to ask for help, how to sleep, how to rebuild your confidence, how to keep going when the plan changes, and how to find small moments of control when life feels uncertain.
That is why this work matters to me.
Because I know what it feels like when life knocks you sideways. And I also know that with the right tools, support, habits, and self-awareness, you can rebuild. Not overnight. Not perfectly. But one small step at a time.
