Ever heard of the term what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger?

Well hormetic stress or “good” stress is exactly that.

Small bursts of stress are good for us and help our body’s to deal with “bad” stress better.

By applying small bursts of stress like saunas, cold plunge, exercise and some forms of breath work, we can train our body to adapt.

When done correctly, you will typically feel relaxed and calmer after these sorts of exercises.
