Wishing you all the best for the holidays and the coming year. I am away for a few weeks, therefore no yoga until 3rd week of January. Most likely be back on Sunday the 18th January at 4pm. But will keep you posted!
At this stage we will most likely have some funding too and yoga will be on a koha basis.

Hi all you lovely people,
Mayan here, I have moved to Reefton recently and though I have never thought yoga before it has been a major part of my life for a very long time. I have also completed a yoga teachers training course in Germany and therefor welcome the opportunity to start teaching here while Sonia is away. My style will be adjusted to the class and everyone is welcome, there is no prior knowledge or fitness level necessary, only a desire to delve deep into into the recesses of your body and mind and be open to try something new with me! Please feel free to ask if you have any questions.
I will offer a class at 5-6pm next Monday 1st December at the dojo hall. Price 15$
Please bring a mat and blanket if you have one, but mats will also be available.
I look forward to seeing you there
