We will start together in a cacao ceremony (I’ll provide the cacao) this sacred medicine has been used for thousands of years to open, clear and heal the heart space and connect with the devine and spirit of mother cacao ✨

Followed by breath work where I will be flowing your all reiki energy healing. 🕉️

Completed with a guided meditation, this will be a complete mind, body and soul experience. 🧘‍♀️

Happening on the first Sunday of every month I will be holding a different wellbeing workshop each month!

Starting in May with our popular Cacao ceremony with breathwork and meditation, my intention with these sessions is to allow you relax and reset ready for the new month ahead.
