Body & Soul Physiotherapy Body & Soul Physiotherapy is a small clinic with 3 physiotherapists. We are a musculoskeletal practice specialising in chronic conditions and sporting injuries.

To our Body & Soul Physiotherapy patients. We are still operating under level 2 and look forward to helping you. We continue to follow the government and Physiotherapy guidelines. When you arrive please scan the QR code. You must have the NZ Covid tracer App downloaded on your phone. Open the App and hold your camera up to the QR code.

If you don’t have it downloaded yet this is how you go about it. On iphones look in your App Store. On android phones it should be in google play but if you are unable to locate it this way then look it up on the phone internet and follow links. Ask us when you arrive if you are having any trouble with it.

Woohoo!! Level 2 on Thursday the clinic will be open again for hands on treatment. We will still see patients by video who can be helped this way.
Ring or send a message to make an appointment. Priority to those we are rescheduling. 😎

In level 3 we can see patients in acute pain causing major distress to daily life. Email or phone the clinic to talk about an appointment. All other patients we are scheduling from May 12th onwards.

Working from home is a way of life a lot of us have been getting used to recently. This is my temporary physio room. We have been doing video consults via zoom that are going really well. Karen Fisher, Gillian Shapley and myself are seeing patients with a range of injuries from backs and necks to knees. This is also a good time if you have some niggly running or swimming injuries to get a progressive strength programme going.

We are using the zoom platform for our video consults. It has been working well. You can use it on smartphone, laptop, tablet etc. Download the app before the appointment time. We will send you a link to join the meeting. Ensure video and sound is on. 😊
If you are having trouble with getting set up let us know. Remember we are really good physio’s but not IT experts!

During these challenging times of isolation due to Covid-19 our clinic is closed but we will be able to assess, advise and give exercise programs. We are currently setting up to do this by Zoom. We will arrange a time.
If it is an Acc claim there will be a charge of $15 for the session. Private cost to be arranged.
