I just celebrated my 36th birthday.. 2 months late 🥳
Reluctantly downloading this app to re emerge from social media hibernation.

I've been simmering on the hot coals of transformation.. alchemy.. and I'm inspired to share some of the things I'm learning. Watch this space

Right now my life is full of amazing and exciting happenings.

My work building mountain bike trails is growing quickly📈 ⛰️ 🚵‍♂️

I'm studying energy medicine and neo shamanism.. as a pathway of my own deeper healing and embodiment.. as well as sharing this light with those that resonate. ✨️🧙‍♂️

And I'm so excited to be colaborating with my love .ashara.rose to weave our magic together. 💑

Kia ora beautiful people!
After a long hiatus, I am back in the Bay of Plenty
This summer the open road took me to Takaka, Golden Bay.
I landed at where gave service as karma yogi for 5 weeks, gardening and building.
I love this place for the ceremony, the mantra, and the kirtan.
After leaving Anahata, I spent 2 weeks building , which was an amazing experience.
I found a new passion in drum circles.. LOTS of drumming, with epic drummers.
Beach swims and waterfalls.
Sounds fun right?
My intention for this trip was to create a deeper connection to myself, "show me" I asked the universe.
"Thank you and keep showing me how to live in harmony with nature"
And I was shown 🙏 exactly how I was NOT living in harmony.
Sometimes that is the only way to learn.. to be burned by the fire 🔥 of your own actions.
There are big changes swirling within me, and I am grateful for the lessons.
Everyday is a new day to paint a more beautiful picture of my life 🎨

Thank you Takaka, for all the magic, drumming and dancing, chanting and singing. Swimming and hiking, laughing and crying. Gazing at the stars and the moon 🌙

And for the full moon lunar eclipse 25th March, I'm bringing my breath ceremony to the Conscious Wellness Day Retreat happening in Tauranga - more details to come on this event!

It's a huge achievement for me to be bringing these classes and I'm so happy to be reaching people that are loving it and want more!

I received some new tarot cards today.. and when I asked for a card to represent last night, this card flipped on top as I was shuffling. ✨

This is just the beginning and I am so excited for what this sprout of creativity will grow, and the hearts that it will inspire.
