Final weeks till our next adventure.

Itā€™s been a whirlwind lately but Iā€™m finding time to reflect & be still. My spa def helps with that.

Grief.

I donā€™t shame any of the uncomfortable emotions, but Iā€™m aware some therapists want to ā€˜ridā€™ you of them.

Being happy all the time just isnā€™t realistic if youā€™re truly immersed in life.

Itā€™s important to FEEL all our emotions.

But there are a few questions you can gently & compassionately ask yourselfā€¦

Am I stuck in this emotion?
Is this state negatively impacting me?
Do I want something different for myself?

If the answers are yes, hypnotherapy can help you process stuck emotions so they donā€™t have such a negative impact.
