Collected from Soroptimist International Rotorua yesterday just in time for the cold weather. Every year the local Soroptimist team run a pyjama drive amongst their members gathering brand new sets to gift to our families in need.
Unfortunately, we go through kids' pajamas, socks and underwear faster than you'd believe, so donations like this make a real difference.

I am emailing to inform you that Te Wāhi Whakaora Rotorua is to be the recipient of the Holland Beckett payroll giving donation for this quarter. Congratulations!

Our payroll giving funds are derived from our staff members, who are given the choice to ‘opt in’ and these funds are matched by the Partners of the firm.

Te Wahi Whakaora Rotorua and District Women's Refuge community office will be closed from 4pm today Thursday 17 April 2025 and reopening at 8am Tuesday 22nd April 2025.
The 24/7 CRISIS LINE will remain in operation during this time so please do not hesitate to call 0800REFUGE or 0800733843 if you need to talk to one of our advocates.

"A heartwarming visit from these two ladies who are part of a collective of 11 retired nurses who've remained friends since nursing school. They generously donated these beautiful homemade bags filled with hygiene items for our wahine in need. Their lifelong dedication to giving back to the community is inspiring".
