1️⃣Create a "Phone Bedtime" - Set a specific time when all devices are put away

2️⃣Designate a Device "Manager' - Place a basket or box by the door where everyone deposits their phones upon arrival

3️⃣Go Analog with Activities - Break out board games, puzzles, coloring books, or story books

4️⃣Camera-Free Moments - Commit to experiencing some moments without documenting them. ✨Live in the moment✨

Avoid the "toy-making tensity" with these 3 festive moves to keep you nimble, aligned, and full of holiday cheer 🎁

1️⃣The "Present-Wrap Twist"
Stand tall and gently twist side to side. 10 twists each side.

2️⃣The "Stocking-Stuffer Squat"
Pretend you're reaching into a low stocking. gently squat and keep your spine long. Do 8 times.

3️⃣The "Reindeer-Overhead Reach"
Interlock your hands, reach up high and hold for 15 seconds.
