And the big finalè! Our final event of the year is coming up on Friday the 12th of December. This will be a very special closure to a massive year for myself and my work and I cannot wait to share it with you. Another self treatment Tuesday! This is my functional release chilling in practice but with my own little yogic twist, alongside some self massage and stretching. On this day 2023! 2 years ago on the 28th of October I was on the final couple of days of my hatha yoga training in Greece with amazing souls at 💘 to think this has already been 2 years is incredible! My relationship with yoga is always evolving, changing and shifting throughout life and I love the ebb and flow of my own practice and sharing my practice with others. Yin will always be my first love but nothing will be as special as the friends, memories and moments from this time in Karpathos, thanks for coming with me for a little stop on memory lane!
