So excited for our yoga night next week! I can’t wait to reset, get cozy and wind into deep rest with you all. Join us next week for our first yin yoga night for 2026. A chance to soften, find slowness and replenish the soul with this juicy 2 hour practice. Breathwork, soft yin movement, deep guided meditation and closing cacao. This session isn’t to me missed and the perfect way to reconnect with your yoga practice for the year ahead. Yoga 2026! As some of you may know, I took over a yoga class from the lovely Nadine from Yoga Rotorua. I’m continuing this class for a 6 week block from Monday the 26th of Jan! I’m so grateful to be back in the beautiful space and taking classes with some great humans again. I’m also stoked to say the class is already full for the block which is amazing 🙏🏼 however, if you’d like to join on occasion there is a waitlist for casual spots each week.

If you’d like the opportunity to jump in, move and connect with us send me a message and I can put you on our class waitlist. Monday nights, 5:30-6:30, Polynesian Spa Rotorua. Classes are $25 to attend casually.
