🌴Kia ora, everyone🌴,
My son enters into CrossFit champs across the year where I occasionally attend.
I see a lot of round circles on competitors backs and found out it was cupping, which is another complimentary technique to scrapping.
Anyway long story short, I decided to learn a bit more about it including the clinical risks and benefits behind it.
I have been trying it out with my family (cause that’s what you do 🤣). Like with Tit Tar bone setting or anything new, you get better as you become more confident.
They said the tightness disappeared and they have more circulation and range of movement. Anyway, I got a big tick ✅ from them!
What do you think about this technique? I’m on the fence as to whether I should continue with classes.
