Te Arawa Tit Tar

Te Arawa Tit Tar I am a qaulified oriental bone-setting master. I also practice Māori therapeutic healing learnt by several elders & healers.

I was taught by Sifu Erik Leong in the art of bone alignment, alongside global Tit Tar masters like Sifu Perry from New Zealand.

🌿Kia ora everyone🌿

✨I had the privilege of working with these busy mothers who balance work, family responsibilities, and physical and spiritual well-being. They reported feeling amazing after receiving Tit Tar treatment.

✨If you are interested in experiencing a personalised treatment plan, please contact us for a consultation. Our calendar is filling up this weekend, but we would be delighted to accommodate you.

✨With Christmas 🌲approaching, consider treating yourself or your loved ones to a Tit Tar treatment before the holiday rush begins. Alternatively, add it to their Christmas wish list 📋. We would be pleased to provide them with our services.

Thank you to the ladies who visited us. We appreciate this 🙏🫶🏼🙏.

🌞 Beautiful healing day today. Trauma is the
🌀 body's way of telling a story. 💬 expressing through sensation, emotion, movement, and silence. 🌿🧘 Healing is not something I give. It’s something I witness, invite, and honour. ✨ Within the healing is release. We rise together. 💖 To all healers out there: Keep listening and holding on to your authenticity. You are part of the medicine that brings light to the dark.

🌿Kia ora e te whānau🌿

Hei āpiti pōwhiri atu, kei te noho ahau hei kawe i taku mahi haumanu ki Rotorua i tēnei Rāhoroi, te 10–4.
(As an extended invitation, I will be doing traditional Tit Tar bonesetting healing work to Rotorua this Saturday, 10-4.)

My focus is on supporting our whānau who are carrying the mamae (pain) of sore joints and muscles—when that pain starts to weaken your wairua (spirit) and makes living day-to-day a struggle.

Healing should take care of your whole being—your tinana (physical body), your hinengaro (mind and emotions), and your wairua (spirit). This is about more than just pain relief; it's about supporting your hauora (holistic wellbeing) so you can move through life with your mauri (life force) strong and intact.

It would be a privilege to reconnect with familiar faces and to welcome new whānau onto the table. My wife is holding the space for your bookings, so please PM our page directly and she will tautoko (support) you.
