I am a qualified Bowen Therapist, delivering a gentle non invasive form of body work that targets the muscles and connective tissues within the body to help you feel your best and live without limitations. My sessions are a little bit different as I don't require you to remove your clothes during a session, I work through your clothes so you can feel completely at ease and comfortable during

Unfortunately Due To Unforseen Circumstances I Am No Longer Going To Be Treating Humans Through Refresh Bowen Therapy

I was very excited to start up the human only side of my business, however it just isn't meant to be at the moment 😞

Hopefully in the not too distant future, I'll be able to look at restarting Refresh Bowen Therapy, for the meantime I will still be continuing on treating horses 🐎and riders through Epona Fields Equine (EFE) so if you are in a bind and want some help, please reach out 📞 via EFE and I'm sure we'll be able to work something out!

Hiya👋

I'm Kayla, and I'm on the verge of completing my diploma in Bowen Therapy. I'm thrilled to announce that I'll be collaborating with Sonia from Bodyconceptz - Therapeutic and Sports Massage, and will be based at 3/82 Marsden Bay Drive, Bream Bay, at BHP Functional Fitness starting EARLY DECEMBER 💪😁

This marks an exciting step in a journey I've been working towards for some time. My introduction to Bowen Therapy began with a focus on my own horses. Today, I run a small business providing pain and stress relief to horses and their owners. When I'm not out in the field, you'll find me at home on our lifestyle block, where I'm accompanied by my trusty sidekick Gibson 🐶 (pictured), my two horses 🐴, and some cattle 🐮

Growing up I was very athletic and sporty 🏃‍♀️ enjoying all that was on offer and have always had a passion for keeping fit and trying to live my best life without restrictions and Bowen Therapy fits in with my ideals perfectly! 🥰
