Hey lovely, We just wrapped up an incredible first workshop here in Russell, and I’m buzzing with insights and warmth. Here’s a couple of little gems I want to share with you:

In the beautiful dance of family systems, each of us holds a unique spot – irreplaceable and perfectly ours. Like pieces of a puzzle, we all fit together, making the picture whole. Bert Hellinger, the genius behind this work, once said, "In a family, everyone belongs equally."

This means when someone in our family tree is left out, shunned or forgotten, their absence echoes through generations, like ripples in a pond, bound to repeat. Until... one brave soul steps up to acknowledge what is, accept and heal this pattern, the whole family energy can transform! 🌟

Imagine that our family or system is like a big puzzle, and every person and relationship within it has a special place. Sometimes, we might feel stuck or face challenges in our lives, and we may not know why. Family constellations help us uncover the pieces of the puzzle that might be affecting us.

In a family constellation workshop, we gather in a safe and supportive space with other people who are also exploring their own puzzles. We take turns representing different members of each other's family or system. By doing this, we can tap into the hidden emotions, experiences, and connections between different family members or system elements, even if we don't know them personally.

During the workshop, the facilitator guides us through a process where we set up a physical representation of our family or system using people who stand in as representatives. By observing how the representatives interact and feel, we gain insights into the underlying dynamics and patterns that may be impacting us in our lives. It's like looking at the puzzle from a different perspective.

**Insight & Co. Constellations Constellation Workshop Outline:**

1. Introduction to Insight Constellation - The facilitator will provide an introduction to the concept of Glow Constellation and its purpose in exploring personal growth and healing.
2. Creating a Safe Space - Setting the tone for a safe and supportive environment where participants can share and explore their experiences.
3. Explanation of Constellation Work - An overview of the principles and methodology behind constellation work, emphasizing how it can uncover hidden dynamics and patterns within personal systems.
4. Individual Sharing - Participants will have the opportunity to briefly share their intention or an area of their life they would like to explore through the constellation process.

Orders of Love "Balance, Belonging and Order"

Every family has great love and great pain. In a family, love flows more freely when the orders of love are respected, says Bert Hellinger.

✨ When it comes to constellation work, we aren't so interested in stories. We're trying to figure out where the system is out of order so we can put it back in order, and it's easier than you imagine.

We shouldn't think of the orders of love as absolute rules, but more like guidelines born of thousands of years of human experience.

✨ Parents give, children receive is the natural order.
When children receive well, they can later give to their own children. But sometimes children have to "mind" their parents. Children often do this willingly. However, this can be too much of a burden for kids. They have to carry too much. When there's an addiction or violence in the family we see the effects of this burden. As a result, kids grow up way too fast.

✨ Everybody has a place in the family – no matter what! People excluded unfairly hurt the system. It used to be that a girl who got pregnant outside of marriage was sent away forever or returned and the baby was never acknowledged. That broke the rule of belonging and the cost was felt through family systems for generations. Everybody has their place! No one should be unfairly excluded, everybody belongs.

✨ Giving and taking must be balanced in order for love to flow freely. To start with, it is important that both partners respect each other's families of origin. One partner giving all their time and getting nothing in return can make a relationship unstable. Parents give to kids, children should receive from parents.

✨ Those who came in first have priority over those who came later. Those who come first are respected and their order in the family must be acknowledged. Many issues arise when a younger member eclipses an older member. “Age is honourable”.

✨ Families constellations take a look at hidden dynamics. We try to get to the truth about what's going on.

Basically, a constellation is a group of related objects that make up a system.

In systemic work we see you, your family or your workplace as a constellation, a group that struggles when a part of parts are out of order, are not balanced in some way or members have an issue around belonging. Systemic Constallations are practiced all over the world, throughout Europe and the states it is Govt recognised and funded.

Here are some of the issues we can explore:
👉 Relationship struggles with partners, children, stepchildren and parents etc.
👉 Repeating patterns
👉 Self-worth
👉 Business being stock
👉 Addictions
👉 Why we feel, do, act and react in certain ways
👉 How we feel about the government, the world, Covid.
👉 And so many more...

Our systemic constellations find underlying causes of problems.

A challenge we face may have been passed down from your family or organization, or it could have developed as part of a system over time.

However, what we find is there is always something or someone that is out of order, out of balance or somehow there is a belonging issue. Likewise, we are vulnerable to carrying burdens, emotions, beliefs, and traumas. It's difficult to be the best version of ourselves and our relationships while we carry these burdens.

The benefits of a session are not just seeing and feeling what you're caught up in, but also finding better solutions and clearing your mind in a way that no other method can. Permanent change and a new perspective are gained in an hour.

At a workshop, everybody sits in a circle with me the facilitator. Everybody gets a turn looking at their own issue if they choose to. This is done by choosing representatives from the group to stand in the place of the people involved or even the parts of a system or workplace. Each is positioned in relation to each other. Then a field of energy forms, just like when birds fly in a flock without knowing which way to go, the representatives feel sensations within it that allow them to get new understandings. The person who has the issue gets to sit on the sideline and receive the work. It is super lovely and enlightening.

A similar process takes place in private sessions.

The Order of Balance shows that each member of the family has their own fate, regardless of how difficult or terrible it may have been in some cases. Each person has to carry their fate completely, with all its burdens, with every turn of events and with all the feelings that accompany it. Hand in hand with one’s individual fate, each person carries their own personal responsibility for all they have done in their life. No other family member can take on another’s fate.

Those who come later in the family are us, the children. We are the ones who take up these energies and feel and behave like our ancestors. Often, we are ‘entangled’ in the form of our attitudes, beliefs, values, opinions, morals, ethics and principles like those before us and we too, aren’t able to allow love, energy or peace to flow. These energies are very powerful, work unconsciously and determine a great deal more than we recognize in our everyday waking consciousness.
