We moved!! And we are re-opening our doors just in time for NZ's Mental Health Awareness Week
The theme is Movement: Moving more for our mental health. Research has shown that regular physical activity can make us happier and healthier. Our bodies release feel-good hormones when we're active, which can reduce anxiety, stress, and help us sleep better.
Research suggests that Reiki shows the same benefits. These also may include relief from anxiety and depression, pain management, and fatigue reduction, among others. Reiki may work for children, pregnant people, and people with cancer and has no known side effects. Reiki is a noninvasive complementary therapy that doesn't replace medical advice or treatment.
