I recently read the wrong date for an appointment and arrived a few days early.

A simple mistake.

But it showed me something about how I’ve been moving in my business.

The awareness from that moment has shifted the direction I’m now willing to take.

Had everything gone to plan, I may not have seen it.

Not every wrong move sets you back.
Some bring clarity.

Keep choosing.
Stay curious.

Change often arrives like a ripple across the water

Quiet at first, almost invisible, but enough to rock boats in the harbour.

Fear rarely comes from the ripple itself - it’s what we imagine might be lost in its wake.

If we pause and widen our gaze, we begin to notice the subtle movements all around us:
the gentle shift in a work project,
a new perspective at home,
or a choice that feels more aligned than we expected.

Curiosity lets us see beyond what’s immediately in front of us.
Clarity shows us what resonates.
And self-trust grows as we realise we can navigate whatever ripples come our way.

Change isn’t a threat.
It’s the ripple that moves everything forward, sometimes gently, sometimes boldly, inviting us to explore new paths without losing what truly matters.

Sometimes we get so focused on one direction that we miss everything else around us.

Change can feel uncomfortable when we’re stuck looking through a narrow lens.

But what if we shifted our perspective?

What if change isn’t something to fear… but a doorway to something new?

Instead of only seeing the bright patch in front of us, what if we looked to see what else might be waiting in the area that is beyond your focus?

We might notice possibilities we hadn’t imagined.

When we get curious instead of resisting, clarity naturally emerges.

And with clarity comes self-trust - the quiet knowing that whatever shows up, can be handled with ease.

Change isn’t a disruption.
It’s an invitation to expand our view.

It’s always so nice meeting new people and sharing something they can use in everyday life to create ease and relaxation, for themselves and for others

Lately, I’ve been noticing how much joy shows up when I stay curious about receiving.

And what if you could explore that same curiosity in everyday life - with your body, your energy, and your experiences?

Instead of coming to a conclusion about something, what if you asked a question instead?

What if curiosity became a practice in noticing, receiving, and discovering more possibilities in each moment?

Lately, I’ve been exploring curiosity with receiving.

When something shows up - an opportunity, a kindness, a win -
I’ve been letting myself truly receive it.
Grateful. Present. Enjoying it.

And then… instead of stopping there,
I ask: What else could show up?

Not from greed.
Not from needing more.
But from the pure joy of seeing what’s possible.

I’m noticing the magic isn’t in the unbelievable,
it’s in the everyday moments of receiving
we so easily rush past or minimise.

I’ve also been catching myself in the moments
where I make what shows up... the thing.....
the be all and end all
defining it, locking it in, making it important.

And when I do that, curiosity shrinks.

What if what shows up is simply
one possibility right now?
Something to enjoy, receive, appreciate…
without deciding it has to mean everything.

When I stay in curiosity, there’s more ease.
More lightness.
And somehow… more shows up.
