In return I will be running the length of the South Island, Invercargill to Picton starting on the 1st Feb 2016.

Health and Wellbeing page including running, exercising and living a well balance life filled with everything that keeps me sane.

Lets run together, exercise together and live our best lives! Help me fundraise as much as I possibly can for the two charities I have chosen which are:
- Cancer Society NZ
- Stroke Foundation NZ

Shoutout to my ladies - (sorry boys) 🙋🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️

Any runners/joggers out there want to join in at the Stirling Women’s Christchurch run club?

I’m there every Tuesday 5:40pm at the Crossing and we get together, have a chat and run 5km (usually parts of Hagley Park).

It’s a great group of women getting together every week, we share stories/talk life/make connections/sweat together plus there’s GIVEAWAYS!! 🌟

There are different levels to run at, 5km pace/6km pace and Fun run (all levels) so don’t feel pressure if you’re not the most comfortable runner! I’ll be there, so you already know one person! 😉
