This term in our strength and balance classes we spend 5 minutes at the end learning a new mobility release movement. We started with the feet and have made the exercises simple (and able to do with a tennis ball if mobility balls weren't available). I've been encouraging curiosity and consistency - try it at home and do a little bit every day. The key to exercise in general. One of my class attendees has two regular "helpers" 😊

Term 4 classes have started!

We have added two classes back into Tuesday for term 4- one starting at 8.55am and one at 10am.

Thursdays class remains the same 10-11am.

All classes challenge the body, brain and bones. Class sizes are small and friendly and exercises vary.

In term 4 we are running a promotion if you bring a friend to class, the friend doesn't pay.

Just a quick heads-up that our winter timetable is changing starting this week.

Please note the following adjustments to our class times:

Tuesday Classes
From now on, there will be one class on Tuesdays at 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM. The previous 8:55 AM and 10:00 AM classes will no longer be running.

Thursday Classes
Our Thursday class will remain the same at 10:00 AM.

Not me in the pic!

But very similar to the stage I am at with my goal of doing 6 pull ups unassisted in a row.
It's much harder than it looks.
Having a plan has helped and being able to see progressive steps and where I'm going next is motivating.

Consistency and perseverance is the way to go with any exercise goal.
