I find it hard to promote these I'm not going to lie. But when I think about the value and the years that I have put in it's not as hard
When I lay of my bed with a migraine last night and chronic pain creeping in, I breathed. I held my breath and pushed it up into my head. The pain subsided. Here's the thing I used to go to hospital for my migraines. Now I can function after a few hours. Because of what I have learnt.
If you work with humans and want to deepen your knowledge in one of the fastest growing techniques (5 years ago it was hard to find a breath facilitator) now it's the new yoga
