Hi, I’m Jules. For over twenty years, I’ve been exploring what it actually means to feel steady, present, and deeply at home in your own skin. In 2003, something shifted in me in a profound way. It completely reshaped how

I understood stress, identity, joy, and what it really means to be free. Since then, my work has been devoted to helping others experience that same grounded sense of calm and connection in their own lives. This isn’t about lofty ideas and new beliefs, or trying to escape the world. It's about the practical, beautiful work of nervous system regulation and learning how to feel safe in your own body. It's about learning how to soften when life feels tight. Through embodied movement, presence-based practices, and meditation for stress and grief (specialising in healing after pet loss), I guide people back to a steadier way of being. This is a path that feels natural, human, and most importantly, sustainable. Whether you're navigating burnout, looking for anxiety support, or simply feeling overwhelmed, you are so welcome here. I am based in the beautiful Bay of Plenty, New Zealand, and I support a heart-centered community of people both online and worldwide. You can find our All About Your Joy app on the app stores. If you are searching or simply ready to feel more like yourself again, let’s move gently back to calm. 🌿

Think of your mind like a kitchen. You know how it can get cluttered with dishes piling up, just like thoughts swirling around in your head? But even when it looks chaotic, the kitchen itself isn’t broken. Your mind works the same way. - Jules Bodger

Do you need help navigating midlife shifts with more ease? Menopause can feel like it comes out of nowhere. One moment life feels familiar, and the next everything is shifting in ways no one really prepared you for.

It’s often compared to puberty, but in reverse. Layers start falling away. Your body changes. Your emotions move in waves. Even your sense of self can feel like it’s being rearranged. This is all perfect and a wonderful opportunity to let it all go and be free from the bind of the mind.

In this video, we share a grounded, real look at menopause as a time of deep transformation. Not something to push through or fix, but something that can reshape your life in a powerful way when you learn how to move with it.

There’s a moment where something inside says, “enough,” and from there, change begins to ripple through everything. Not perfectly to look at, but honestly it's all perfect for you. Not neat either, but so meaningful.

If you’re navigating menopause, midlife shifts, or feeling like everything is changing all at once, this may help you feel a little more steady in it.

Have you ever had one of those moments?

Something seemingly small happens, a quick comment, a minor mix-up, and it just lands with a huge weight in your belly. Your chest and shoulders tighten. Your mind races. Suddenly, you’re drowning in overwhelm that doesn’t quite match the situation.

If you’ve been feeling “too sensitive” or like the world is just too much lately, I want to reassure you: there's a deeper and very valid reason for it.

In this week’s blog, we explore how the nervous system stores unfinished experiences and why these quiet memories can create such loud reactions today.

Most importantly, we look at the quiet, compassionate way back to balance.

It’s not about analysis or reliveing the past; it’s about gentle noticing.

Take your time with it. There’s no rush. Just a quiet return, one moment at a time.
