This Saturday we will be getting active at Te Puna school, raising money for Te Puna kindergarten at their annual trike-a-thon!

We will be showcasing our fun gear with an obstacle course which kids can partake in for a gold coin donation.

KICKING ⚽️ 🥅

When starting out, ball control can be broken down into a few basic skills. With our little ones we start with games such as:

- squeezing the ball between the knees
- toe touches on the ball
- tapping the ball with our penguin (side) feet or ballerina (toe) feet

Easy to do at home, all you need is a squishy ball and an enthusiastic child!

Week 1 ✅
We’ve had a busy first week, meeting so many awesome kids, teachers and parents. After running three days of 20 minute taster classes with 150 kids across years 0-4, we are very excited to announce that we will be starting up at our local Ōmokoroa Point School this term! The sun is finally out and Sam and Darcy got the chance to do a test run of our Little Big Shots classes starting next week. In week #1 we focus on THROWING!

Some handy body cues to focus on are:
- surfer stance 🏄🏼‍♀️
- muscle arms 💪🏻
- point to the goal 👆🏻

Come join the fun! ⚽️🎾🥅
We run our Little Big Shots programme for 2-5 year olds. These are held in various daycare centres across Tauranga, as well as two community based classes in Omokoroa and Papamoa which parents attend with their kids. The classes are 30 minutes once per week for a total of 8 weeks per term and focus on interactive games that introduce your little one to the basics of fundamental movements. Bookings can be made through our website or by getting in touch with your daycare centre.
