I had an inspiring day reconnecting with fellow Hakomi therapy graduates and a teacher at a conference in Christchurch. I also appreciated surrounding nature in central city. Talking therapy is relational. Supportive and trusting relationship between whai ora and therapist are crucial for personal growth and a journey for healing.

There is something about a fireplace that brings sense of warmth, comfort and calmess. Observing and hearing a fire gives me sense of safety. I can just watch them all evening to appreciate thier presence.

Hakomi therapy taught me to notice and observe our surroundings and within myself. I now able to appreciate things that I have in my life and understand my journey that makes sense to me.

Talking therapy doesnt require a lot of talking. Safe and supportive space can offer you an opportunity to reflect your own process and ground yourself. If you like to trial once to start with, I have afternoon sessions available on Thursdays.

Learning about myself helped me to notice beautiful things in nature. Life can be busy and we sometimes forget little things that allow us to find joy in life. Still welcoming trial sessions. Saturday morning sessions can be available by arrangement for the next few weeks.

Hakomi is a body centered, mindfulness based psychotherapy which is known to be effective dealing with trauma and difficult experiences. I offer a safe space to assist with developing self awarness and creating an opportunity for healing. Sessions currently offered only on Thursdays. Online session is also available for those who can’t travel easily or living outside Auckland. I am also welcoming new clients who are willing to be recorded our sessions sometimes for my supervision and preparation for certification. Lower cost is offered for those who are able to assist with the recorded sessions.

Saturday morning appointment can be available next week. I don’t usually offer my services on weekends. If you are interested for a trial session or follow up appointment, please contact me directly to arrange your Saturday session. Allowing yourself a time to reflect your week would provide an opportunity for self care and hopefully help you to prepare for another week.

Hakomi somatic psychotherapy is a mindfulness based body- centered therapy. It can help you to understand the root or cause of your difficulty in your life. It is a gentle and self- guided therapy that can help to increase self- awareness and create a space for sense of healing. Hakomi therapy has helped me to experience self growth and clarity in my life. Still offering trial sessions. However, cost of the initial session will be increased soon. Please contact if you are interested to trial hakomi therapy. My availability is limited to Thursdays. If you are looking for somatic therapists but unable to attend my appointment, I may be able to suggest another hakomi graduate therapists.
