What an amazing Transformation!!
My client came in with a tight chest, rounded shoulders and short neck we have been working on this together.
This is her first session to her 4th session she has been diligent with her homework.
I have been using FaceUp™️Method to massage all these specific areas releasing the muscle tension overall lengthening her neck, allowing her neck to realign and softening the shoulders through releasing her chest tension!
