Kia Ora. It's a new year - often a time of reflection and a realisation of things we would like to change. The new year new you resolutions tend to float around at this time or year. Which is exciting and holds much anticipation. I encountered a quote this year that changed the way I interacted with my goals and hopes for the year.

“If your habits don’t change you won’t have a new year. You will just have another year. “ - Toby Mac

If you are looking to change some of those habits, understand behaviours that tend to show up over and over no matter how hard you try. If there is some Trauma unprocessed, negative thoughts that seem to loud or negative self view maybe it is time to sit with some intentionality to bring some of the unconscious into the conscious.
