To start with I would like to offer a 4 week commitment, at a $7 cost. Same time 10am Wednesday, same place at the corner of Campbell and Pollen street.

I believe that after 4 weeks of regular practice we will start to create patterns of movement that will begin to develop into the Form of 8 Postures.
As a reciprocal commitment it is my preference to offer all Wednesday students my Traditional Eastern medicine services (and 25 years experience) at half price. My treatments use traditional based acupuncture, heat therapy and cupping to release aches, calm the mind,
