Practicing gratitude regularly allows us to appreciate the world around us and can improve our metal wellbeing. The more we think positive, grateful thoughts, the healthier and happier we feel.
We practice gratitude in my yoga and mindfulness sessions. The students look forward to it and enjoy listening to each other's ideas.

Another mindful activity that all ages seem to enjoy.
I like to paint my rocks white first and then draw on them with sharpie or painting pens. Sharpies are great to use for little hands and smaller rocks.

Attention Tweens and Teens!
Our Warrior 3 Holiday Class is specifically aimed at the older students. This class is three hours of "chilled out" fun.
Perfect for those starting at a new school this year, wanting to gain more confidence or just simply looking for a different activity to do in the holidays.

I, Emma Bell will take the students through:

🟢Yoga flow - poses, partner poses and movement.
🟢Team building games - lots of laughs
🟢Self care - making sugar scrub, journal writing, mindful coloring and relaxation.
🟢How to use breathing and mindfulness techniques in challenging situations.
🟢Mindful eating exercise - involves chocolate 😆🍫

Sugar Scrub 💫
Students who take part in the Warrior 3 class will be discussing different ways to boost their mood and look after themselves. They will be making sugar scrub to take home and use as a special treat. I am loving mine!! It also makes a great gift 😊
