I love what I do and tonight after a rough day in the corporate world I had the privilege of massaging the loveliest client! A new mum who needed a well deserved bit of nurturing for herself!

I now finally understand the power of doing what you love and it not feeling like work.

I love being able to care for others and help them relax. One day I hope to be able to do that full time, but for now I will dedicate what ever time I have to facilitating my amazing clients healing and relaxation..

So often we wait until we are totally overwhelmed with stress and pain to seek help.
Regular massage is a wonderful way to manage these issues.

One of my lovely clients recently told me that she didn't realise just how badly she needed a massage until she had one.

You are worth it! Especially if you spend your days looking after others. Your tank needs filling too. It is not a luxury, but it will feel luxurious- guaranteed.
