💡 Top Tip: Delay your coffee until around 10 a.m. At some point your natural cortisol levels start to dip — starting coffee later helps avoid overloading your nervous system and protects your energy levels later in the day. Drink coffee as a pick me up, not just because it tastes good.

Also remember: 💧 Start your morning with hydration, not stimulation.
