Auckland will be moving into level 3 restrictions at 12pm today with the rest of NZ moving to level 2 restrictions for 3 days. It is unknown at this point if these restrictions will lift on Friday.
With this at the forefront of everyone's mind, I want to outline what will happen if we are in level 2, 3 or 4 lockdown come our November 13th Retreat.
If any part of the country is in Lockdown level 2 or higher, we will postpone the retreat until further notice. All guests will have the option of receiving a refund (minus a $30 processing fee) or have the full amount credited towards a retreat in the future when things return to normal.
At this stage, it is just three days so let's hope that is all it is!

Slowly building a collection of online classes 🙏 You guys, filming and editing has been a steep learning curve! I would have liked to have had more classes up by now but I am accepting that everything will come together in good time. The process of learning to film my classes has improved my yoga knowledge and self awareness immensely. Being able to see my own asana practice and become my own teacher has been an interesting journey inwards and then back out again as I share the lessons learned in my classes. 🧘♀️🤸♀️🎥
