We’re now stocking electrolytes at Āio.

After sauna + cold exposure, replenishing your minerals is key — and this one felt like the perfect fit.

NZ made, clean, thoughtfully formulated, and (very importantly) tastes so good.

A month of Āio, and I’m in awe of what has unfolded here so far!

A month of warmth, connection, quiet conversations, deep exhales, laughter and brave first timers.

A month of visitors from Germany to Seattle, Wales to Australia and from the North Island to the South Island of NZ.

I’m so grateful to everyone who has stepped through our door to rest, reset and prioritise their wellbeing. You’ve been here and experienced the incredible benefits.
