As a Fitness Instructor , I run a Fall Prevention Class at WestWave Recreation Henderson > Supported by North Harbour Sport > Live Longer Live Stronger a New Zealand National Programme ✅
Falls are the Hidden Disease in New Zealand for Seniors and it is at this very Point that Life can end Quickly > and does 🌹
I am retired but decided to gain University Qualifications a few years ago > I specialise in teaching Classic Taichi ,
which is quite challenging for Seniors >
This is not an easy class and demands that Seniors learn quickly,
to halt the incidence of falling🧩
Classic Taichi demands that students relearn the biomechanics of walking with intention , which is ,Taichi in Action , in Real Life.
Seniors Learn to become Single Weighted in one leg before they proceed to the next > This is balance > There is no other way of learning Fall Prevention , Quickly🌗
I also advocate good balanced Traditional Nutrition , based on the Food Ingredients our own mothers used to feed us .as youngsters.
Meat and 3 vegetables for dinner > notwithstanding a modification in modern times > Meatless Mondays and some crossover to other cultural food occasionally 🌎
Carbohydrates, Traditional Protein and Vegetables in the recommended balanced quantities given to us by current Medical Research >
Giving our Children and Seniors the vitamins and Minerals they need to prevent the deterioration of our bodies.
Quaker Oats for breakfast 😂

It is my opinion that sugar consumption, excess of any food type and
The Lack of challenging exercise will destroy the quality of our life🚀
A walk on the flat is not enough🙈
My challenge is to live well ,without medication ,until I reach the average age for passing on🌏
