Practicing something positive that makes you feel proud = a more confident you.

Got a not so great habit you’d like to break and replace with a more positive one?

Maybe it's -

👉 Ditching the drive-through and choosing to eat out somewhere that offers something good to your body?

👉 Parking that glass of wine to wind down, and going for a walk with a friend instead?

👉 Removing the reliance of coffee and energy drinks to get you to lunchtime, and rather, planning a well balanced breakfast to kick start the day?

👉 Noticing time-wasting scrolling on your phone, and instead taking a moment to just ‘be’ in nature.

Tuning into your hunger can be a challenge.

Next time you reach for something, ask yourself. Am I bored or hungry?

Bored? Find a new recipe and get creative in the kitchen. Try making something from scratch, at least with a home made treat you know what’s going into it.

Stomach grumbling or low in energy? Fuel up with something nourishing. Choose a food that will make you feel good for longer.

Tune in, be honest.

Take a moment to figure out what you truly need.

Feeling 'meh' about moving? Ask yourself. Am I lazy or burnt out?

Lazy? Shake it off! Get outside, take a walk, or hit the gym. Move that stagnant energy!

Exhausted? Rest, recharge! Your body needs it. Rest days are just as crucial as training days.

Tune in, be honest.

Take a minute to figure out what you need right now. Your body (and mind) will thank you.

Don't worry, one rest day won't undo all your hard work - it'll actually help you come back stronger!
