Kicking off the first day of winter with an added immunity boost. Botanistry Blends Boosting Ambers contains herbs, spices and fruits and is rich in antioxidants & phytochemicals to help boost the immune system, metabolic activity & energy levels. This delicious recipe will be on repeat this season to ward off Winter bugs!

Banana baked Oats

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon of BOTANISTRY BOOSTING AMBERS
1 cup of Oats
1 Ripe banana (mashed)
1 Cup of Plant milk of choice
2 tablespoons of Peanut butter
1 tablespoon of Chia seeds
1 tablespoon Maple syrup
1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
1 teaspoon Baking powder

Method:
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
Simply mix or blend all the ingredients together.
Pour into a ramekin and bake for 20 minutes.
Top with more banana, peanut butter and maple syrup as desired.
