As nature begins to preserve its resources, we’re invited to reverse our energy—to turn Yinward, slow down, and restore our own reserves.

Join me at Basecamp Yoga for a deeply nourishing 2-hour Yin Yoga workshop inspired by the Water Element and the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

In TCM, Water is the element of winter—connected to the kidneys and bladder, our vital energy stores, and our capacity for deep rest and inner strength. This workshop offers a quiet, grounding space to explore these themes and reconnect with your source of vitality.

Through long-held, floor-based postures and moments of stillness, we’ll embody the essence of Water: softness, introspection, and fluidity. You’ll also learn simple TCM insights to support balance during the cooler months—both on and off the mat.
