Feeling pain?
Time to be present with the NOW.
Let go of any thoughts and just BE.
Interesting how we carry thoughts/pain from the past, whether that be living in pain, projecting your pain onto others, or just blanketing it out.
Next time you are feeling pain, sit with it, relax with it, and then surround yourself with light (imagine a bright light around you) and know that there is love there, healing being done, and that you are protected.
Make a note in your journal when you have this pain : What are you feeling, When it is happening, and Rate it between 1 to 10 for the pain.
Over a week or month see how this is working for you. Is it improving?
Since you are very mindful of this pain, you may even figure out the ‘Why’. It is usually connected with past trauma that hasn’t been resolved.
Focusing on the leading sentence above, have you noticed how your shoulders drop and that you are now feeling totally at ease.
Another interesting look at life is that we should be living life with ‘Ease’ not ‘Disease-ment’… what do you choose?
