Feeling pain?

Time to be present with the NOW.
Let go of any thoughts and just BE.

Interesting how we carry thoughts/pain from the past, whether that be living in pain, projecting your pain onto others, or just blanketing it out.

Next time you are feeling pain, sit with it, relax with it, and then surround yourself with light (imagine a bright light around you) and know that there is love there, healing being done, and that you are protected.

Make a note in your journal when you have this pain : What are you feeling, When it is happening, and Rate it between 1 to 10 for the pain.
Over a week or month see how this is working for you. Is it improving?

Since you are very mindful of this pain, you may even figure out the ‘Why’. It is usually connected with past trauma that hasn’t been resolved.

Focusing on the leading sentence above, have you noticed how your shoulders drop and that you are now feeling totally at ease.

Another interesting look at life is that we should be living life with ‘Ease’ not ‘Disease-ment’… what do you choose?

There’s an overwhelming feeling of sadness, loss, hurt and anger.

Yes we need to go through it and feel it.

Time now to let this feeling rest with peace, happy memories and forgiveness.

We all have travelled many paths like others but at the same time unique to ourselves as we make choices along the way. We may have done or spoken in ways that wasn’t in the best light due to situations, timing, or just needing to vent.

Let it be NOW that you can stand up and start being the real, true you.

Open your heart and be kind to yourself and others with your words, be mindful of actions, and start spreading love to yourself and others.

If you can do one thing today with love and compassion, then this will be received back with love and compassion.

Let’s start spreading the LOVE.

Are you feeling good?

Every day you wear an energy that people can see, so make it a great one!

You may be feeling sad due to some news but you can work through this as there is something great out there for you.
Maybe this sadness is for a friend or family but this is their journey for them to work through so just BE there for them, hold their hand and give them the love that they need at this time.

So let’s take your vibration level up and start seeing the beauty around you and encourage yourself that today is going to be a GREAT day.

A special friend told me to repeat ten times “Today is going to be a great day!” and emphasis the first word “Today” in that sentence and then repeat that sentence emphasising the second word “is”.
Keep repeating the sentence using that technique and finish off the last 2 sentences how you wish to.

By the end of your day, how did you feel?

You most likely have created a more positive self-perception and inner contentment which is fundamental to experiencing and fostering fulfilling relationships and love, both romantic and otherwise.

Here's a breakdown of why this might be true:

You are Using Self-Love as a Foundation when you like and accept yourself and give yourself affirmations, it's easier to attract and maintain healthy relationships because you're coming from a place of strength and self-worth.

Time can just slip into space…

Ever feel flustered with time as there is so much to do in so little time. How time can just disappear! Are you using your gift of being present?

This is a lesson that I’m fascinated with as it is one that challenges me regularly.

It seems odd that one minute you think you have everything in hand, then more things pop up, so we just slot it into our schedule. Before we know it there’s not enough time in the day and we end up getting stressed over it. It’s like being on a hamster wheel as the more we do, the more we get.

“Time to get off that wheel!”

Take a breath and decide what is necessary. Don’t be afraid to say “no” and don’t be afraid to leaving things for the next day. Maybe change your routine so it allows you to manage your time more efficiently.

The relationship between time and space is intimate and personal to every single soul.

Have you ever said the words “I don’t have time” or “I’m running out of time”. Can this statement be true?
Did our ancestors ever utter these words?

When you divide time and measure it - space expands. If you want to test this theory set your stopwatch for five minutes and then set your attention to be within five minutes. For some, it will feel like an eternity, especially a child. The problem with space is the uncontrollable human desire to fill it! The more you divide time, and then fill it with your desires, the less room there is for you.

Becoming aware of this masterful illusion is the first step. Imagine a wall clock with the centre point controlling the big hand and the little hand. Now imagine yourself standing right in the middle of this clock as the master. It is up to you to be the sole guardian over your own time and space.

The second thing to do is to evaluate all of your existing commitments and non-commitments (like having mobile phone close by).
Decide what is truly important, your mastery or your calendar.
Perhaps you’re overcommitted at work?
Perhaps you have too many emails? - unsubscribe if you can to remove this clutter.
Maybe you are over committing to others. You can change this.

Thirdly, you become the master and provide support for your daily actions, ask yourself to slow down and take stock. As you begin to listen to yourself, allow your body to respond to your wisdom. After all you know time better than anyone.

If you do less, you have more time for you.
“Breathe” and allow that time to be the gift of being present with yourself and others.

Is Nature trying to say something to you?
Is there an animal that is being presented to you many times?
Look into what that animal totem is highlighting to you.

For me, it has been the spider - finding options from within and creating paths that will pull our desires to us. The spider lives simultaneously in the horizontal dimension of time and space and the vertical dimension of stillness. She crafts elaborate designs of a fragile, almost invisible nature.

Maybe it’s time for me to start working on my dreams, going within and now making them into reality. Love its golden web!
