Open the Door to 2024! Come experience this unique opportunity to embark on a journey of Self-Discovery and Connection. You will engage with yourself and others; gain insight, clarity, and direction for your life in a supportive, group environment; learn some new and exciting tools to help regulate and navigate your current and future goals and aspirations.
This 2-hour group session will be guided through a process of Life Coaching, which will help you create a clear snapshot of your whole life, as it is now, and where you would like it to be. This can help you envision what aspects of your life you want to develop and create a plan to help get you there.
The tools provided help you to visualise what ways you can Tweek your life and decide what the next steps are going to be. There will be plenty of opportunities to support each other in this process and discuss, reflect, and share your thoughts with the group along the way.
Tea, coffee, and snacks will be provided along with a workbook, art supplies, and extra paper so that you can be as creative as you like. All you need to bring is yourself.
Our vision is to provide a safe and enriching environment where women can come to reflect and express their life experiences and insights to work towards setting realistic goals and accomplishing their aspirations. Sessions are available every second Tuesday to keep momentum and support progress.
