Lockdown Workout #2

Another HIIT workout to Kick start your week!
Arms:
- Bicep curls single and double x10
- Weight swings x10
- press - single arm row x10

Abs:
- Plank with alternating hip abduction (legs in, in, out, out)
- TVA activation (core setting), with alternating leg raise (ask Steff how to do this if you are unsure). x10
- Sit ups x10

Legs:
- 5kg wide leg squat x10
- Single leg glute bridge x10 x2
- Squat Kicks x10

Cardio:
- Jump lunge x10
- High knees x10

Hip flexor stretching and why it's important 🤗

WORKOUT TIME: Lock down day 4

Works most muscle groups and can be repeated 2-5 times to burn extra Cal's 🍰😜!

Strength (10 reps of each)
- Plank with alternating arm press
- Tricep dips
- Sit up - shoulder press (+/- weight)
- Oblique twists (+/- weight)
- clams in side lying (+/- resistance band)
- Raised double leg glute bridge (+/- resistance band)

Cardio/Plyo (30 secs)
- Skaters
- Wide leg jump squats
- Mountain climbers

* keep core switched on and watch your alignment

** lower back and chronic pain clients DM me if you're unsure/want me to watch for technique
